Amber Heard 'underestimated the toll' of Depp divorce

Amber Heard

The grainy video shows what appears to be Depp angrily kicking a kitchen cabinet and smashing a wine glass, before emptying a full bottle of red wine into a glass.

However, Heard denied Saturday that she was the one to release the video on Saturday, the gossip site later reported, after arriving in Los Angeles for the deposition.

The actress, 30, had been due to fly back from London, where she is filming Justice League, to answer questions about her ongoing divorce from 53-year-old Johnny Depp, who she has accused of domestic abuse.

Days later, the actress retracted her request for that temporary spousal support entirely, stating that she'd realized it was being "used against me to distract and divert the public away from the very serious real issue of domestic violence".

Depp's attorney, Laura Wasser, claimed that Heard did not testify under oath on Saturday (Aug. 6, 2016) when she arrived for her 10 a.m. hearing at 11:50 a.m. but refused to leave an adjacent office to the deposition room.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actor was wearing a black cowboy hat as he stirred around the kitchen repeatedly shouting "motherf******".

She then asks Depp if he drank the wine from the half-empty bottle that is sitting on the bench, which sends him into a rage.

Johnny Depp has appeared in a lot of films over the years. Amber Heard and Depp have been going at each other in their divorce case.

The video revealed the violent side to Depp that Amber had been alleging for months.

"Nothing happened this morning you know that?" she said.

The actress then says she's sorry for something.

After they argued about events that went on in the morning, the Edward Scissorhands star begins to pour the remainder of a large bottle of wine before he notices the blonde beauty recording the incident and the scuffle breaks out.

"You want to see insane". She also added that she can not, however, force the media to pull out the video from public glare. Although, that may be easier said than done.

The portion of the video that got leaked does not suggest any cuts or edits were done, as the footage includes steady shots.

As their divorce proceedings continue, Heard is being deposed this weekend in Los Angeles. Depp's lawyer has denied the claims. Reps for Depp and Heard could not be immediately reached for comment.
