'DuckTales' Reboot Reveals David Tennant, All-Star Cast Singing Theme

39;DuckTales' lands David Tennant as Scrooge McDuck

So if you've ever wanted to see David Tennant hit those high notes as Scrooge McDuck, you're in luck!

Based on the Emmy Award-winning series treasured by a generation of viewers, the new "DuckTales" is produced by Disney Television Animation.

Get ready to have the "DuckTales" theme song stuck in your head for the rest of the day. However, today is different as Oh My Disney has announced the voice cast for the upcoming show. Instead of simply listing the actors and actresses who will lend their pipes to the DuckTales reboot, the network has released a video in which said performers sing the classic DuckTales theme song. Kate Micucci has just the flawless voice for this, plus she's hilarious, and Ben Schwartz has been one of my favorite people since his days as Jean-Ralphio on Parks and Recreation. While Tennant may be the star player, we'll also see voice-acting work by Danny Pudi from Community, Kate Micucci of Garfunkel and Oates fame, and Beck Bennett and Bobby Moynihan, who are regulars on Saturday Night Live.

In addition to the characters mentioned above, DuckTales will feature many other familiar faces from the original show, including Donald Duck, Duckworth, Gizmoduck, Magica DeSpell, Flintheart Glomgold, Gyro Gearloose, Ma Beagle and the Beagle Boys, and Gladstone Gander.
