A Sneak Peek into Mass Effect: Andromeda's Multiplayer
Mar 15 2017
"I'm flabbergasted by how big Mass Effect Andromeda is, and I've barely scratched the surface". We can already see this being potentially abused down the line.
The fourth part of the Mass Effect Andomeda official gameplay series is all about the multiplayer. From here you pick your loadout, which utilizes weapons from the Milky Way galaxy, the Helius Cluster, and Remnant weapons. However, with many fans chiming in online about their ability or inability to do so, it's quite possible that the developer will make an announcement regarding the matter soon enough.
Although the multiplayer beta was finally cancelled, some players who attended PAX East 2017 last weekend had a chance to play Mass Effect: Andromeda. As of yet, the studio hasn't unveiled how much memory will be required for the patch, but the launch day update for Andromeda should be available sometime later this week.
This is the most complete look we've had at Andromeda's multiplayer so far. If you're a subscriber of Origin/EA Access, you'll be able to play the game starting March 16th for ten overall hours in both single player (limited to the first planet) and multiplayer modes.
Mass Effect Andromeda launches for PS4, Xbox One and PC on March 21 in North America and March 23 in other territories.
