She also said "I'm going to kill you all" to the officers before her arrest, the state attorney said via the newspaper. The housekeeping staff reportedly found the pair in bed together and notified the hotel security guard, Carlo Lopez. De Lesseps was reportedly registered to stay in Room 327.

"It should be noted that both smelled of an unknown alcoholic beverage, had slurred speech and appeared to be heavily intoxicated", Officer Mastrangelo wrote. Julie reportedly followed the cops' orders to leave while Luann proceeded to lock herself in the bathroom, refusing to come out. She was having some fun in Palm Beach when things went south quickly. Luann remained in the bathroom until officers began to use a key to gain entry, at which point Luann opened the door and allegedly shoved an officer named O'Leary in the chest before slamming the door on him and "striking him in the forehead". Less than seven months later, de Lesseps and D'Agostino announced their divorce plans in August of this year.

On Dec. 23, The Countess headed down to Palm Beach, Florida to spend time with her family for Christmas.

The cops then arrived around 9:20 p.m. and found Luann, 52, and her longtime friend Julie Olson in the room. "I was fine", she said.

"I want to offer my honest apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior", de Lesseps tweteed Sunday afternoon.

Booras released de Lesseps on her own recognizance.

When the reality star was placed in a holding cell at the police department, she stated again multiple times that she was "going to f-king kill all of you", according to the officer.

Immediately following her arrest on Sunday, the Palm Beach County Sheriff Office's website confirmed that the reality star had been arrested on five charges (four of which are felonies), including alleged battery on a law enforcement officer, alleged disorderly intoxication, alleged resisting arrest with violence, and alleged crimes against a person, in addition to two charges of alleged corruption by threat.

Although the man in bed with de Lesseps still hasn't been named, her friend indicated it was someone she dated previously.
