Justin Timberlake releases new single, music video for 'Filthy'

Chris Stapleton Leads Guests On Justin Timberlake's New Album

Rest of the services will carry it at midnight along with the music video. "This song should be played very loud".

"Filthy" is the first of four singles that Justin has promised to release ahead of his upcoming fourth studio album Man Of The Woods, which is due February 2.

That's the smell of Justin Timberlake crouching in the woods, growing stronger by the day. The record is his "most ambitious album to date, both sonically and lyrically", according to a press release.

Pharrell, as well as longtime collaborator Timbaland, Alicia Keys and Chris Stapleton are expected to be on the project.

The performance will mark Timberlake's first return to the Super Bowl since 2004, the CNN reported. There's a pastoral and Western theme to the album's promo materials and title, while musical teasers in the trailer hint at acoustic-folk influence as well as mainstream pop.

Timberlake also released a short promo video announcing his new album.

Unless Filthy is a misdirection, it doesn't sound like Timberlake has altered his direction all that much.

Timberlake first posted the album art, photographed by Ryan McGinley, on Twitter.
