Richardson Police Officer Man Shot Killed at Apartment Complex

Chief Spivey said so many Richardson officers were physically and emotionally involved in the fatal shooting that the investigation was turned over to the Plano Police Department.

Richardson Police spokesman Kevin Perlich said police had received reports of a disturbance with shots fired just after 7 p.m.
