The company encountered similar problems with the HomePod during its development, including multiple redesigns, according to the people. It's entirely possible that Apple may redesign the headphones again before the product launches, but the device may also be scrapped.
Apple is said to be working on the headphones since over a year now. Some of the Beats headphones can cost up to $300, expect the price of the headphones to be more than that.
After the surprising success of its wireless AirPod earphones, Apple is planning to double down with bigger headphones.
Apple'sAirPods were just the start, it seems, the firm is moving towards something else. With Bloomberg'sreport and Kuo's prediction aligning with one another, it seems apparent that Apple is indeed working on its own high-end wireless over-ear headphones.
Bloomberg's report adds that development challenges could push back the launch of the headphones even further, but nothing is sure as of now.
Now it looks like a new Bloomberg report has shed more light on the rumoured Apple product. There's been no indication yet on when, if ever, Apple would release these headphones. The wireless headphones finally hit the market in December 2017. Apple purchased Beats for $3 billion in 2014, and Beats has been Apple's main headphone brand until the introduction of AirPods.
New details about Apple's latest foray into the audio business have emerged. Beats and Bose both charge $350 for their high-end wireless headphones, while Sennheiserprices range from $100 all the way to $500.
