Heather Locklear heads to rehab after domestic violence arrest

The "Melrose Place" star was charged with a felony count of domestic violence and three counts of misdemeanor battery on a peace officer, police told Page Six shortly after her arrest.

TMZ reports that authorities obtained a warrant to enter and search Heather Locklear's Thousand Oaks neighborhood home on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.

After her domestic violence arrest, friends were quoted as saying that Locklear seemed to be "really getting back on track", until lately, when she began "spiraling out of control".

Locklear resisted arrest, and was also booked for allegedly pushing and kicking the deputies.

Locklear was arrested February 25 on a felony count of domestic violence and three counts of battery on a peace officer.

"[She's] blaming her brother for making the call to the police", the source claims.

"During the officer's investigation Locklear was uncooperative and agitated, she was not only verbally uncooperative, but physically abusive to officers", Kuredjian told Us at the time.

But her plan backfired when cops showed up on her doorstep and tried to put her in handcuffs. "Because of the threat and the fact that she had a gun registered to her is the reason that we sought the search warrant". "She posted $20,000 bail and was released".

Heisser, meanwhile, was arrested for a DUI hours after Locklear was busted, according to TMZ.
