Chinese parents find missing daughter after 24 years

Shaking Six-Week-Old Son

Mr. Wang even became a taxi driver to see if he would find her while working.

RTÉ report that Mr Wang took a job as a taxi driver a few years ago to try and widen the search, handing out leaflets and cards to his passengers as well as using a sign in his rear window.

His desperate efforts attracted the attention of Chinese media. Wang's daughter Qifeng disappeared when she was just three years old.

In 2015, Mr Wang made a decision to broaden the search by signing up as a driver with ride-hailing company Didi Chuxing. During his time there, he put up a sign on the window of his vehicle asking people for more information on his missing daughter.

In 2017, the family had a breakthrough in their search when a police sketch artist read about Wang and chose to produce an image of what Qifeng would look like now.

To confirm all was well, her daughter Fancy Makadia also had this to say.

On Monday, Mr Wang and Kang Ying spoke for the first time via a voice messenger app, reported (in Chinese).

As Wang anxiously awaited his long-lost daughter's arrival from the Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, he could not contain his excitement. Kang Ying flew to Chengdu accompanied by her husband, son and daughter.

Kang's adoptive parents had told her they had found her on the side of the road in Chengdu, and she'd always wanted to know who her real parents were.

Wang told the Beijing Youth Daily newspapers: "I can't tell you how much hope, disappointment and despair we have gone through these past 24 years".

After finding her daughter, Wang cryingly said: "From now on, Dad is here - you don't need to worry about anything - Dad will help you. But now, finally, we are going to meet", the father said with tears in his eyes ahead of the meeting.

With the murderer of his own daughter's breast British woman had sex at a time when law enforcement officials came to tell her that the doctors cut off her five-month-old daughter from a ventilator, as reported by the representatives of the British tabloid the Mirror.

"Daddy loves you", Wang cried as he hugged his daughter.
