Respawn Entertainment Announces Jedi: Fallen Order, Coming Holiday 2019
Jun 10 2018
Zampella said that it would be during the "dark times" and that naturally, players will pick up a lightsaber during the game. The final and most likely scenario is a look at (or at least that "juicy little tidbit" about) Respawn's Star Wars game.
"I'm thrilled to be able to announce that EA and the talented team at Respawn Entertainment have expanded our relationship to include the development of an all-new 3rd person action adventure game set in the Star Wars universe". This means that players will be living in the era between Star Wars Episodes 3 and 4, when the Jedi are being hunted down and exterminated.
Zampella also revealed that Jedi: Fallen Order will be released during Holiday 2019. Best of all, this sounds like a return to form for gamers yearning for a return to the days of games like Jedi Knight, Jedi Outcast, and Jedi Academy. It's called Jedi: Fallen Order.
Aaaaaand. that's all we know.
