Bash Part of indictment smells like collusion

By tracing control of email and social media accounts and a tool for remote internet connections, the 29-page indictment document for the first time showed that the same group of Russians leased servers, targeted Democratic officials with phishing tricks aimed at capturing their online credentials and communicated with Republicans and other distributors of hacked information.

The US and Russian leaders came out of their meeting in Helsinki expressing a desire to cooperate on global challenges, after talks on an array of issues from Syria, Ukraine and China to trade tariffs and the size of their nuclear arsenals. "I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press".

Sen. Lindsey Graham, a Republican from SC, who has had a closer working relationship with Trump on issues related to health care and tax reform, tweeted that the summit was a "missed opportunity".

Trump, meanwhile, has been criticized for being reluctant to speak publicly about Russian interference into the campaign. Trump also said he saw no reason why Putin would want to tamper with the 2016 election, trying to debunk the conclusion drawn by his entire intel community.

The US leader, bent on forging a personal bond with the Kremlin chief despite the election allegations, went into the summit blaming the "stupidity" of his predecessors for plunging ties to their present low.

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, a Democrat from MA, said Trump embarrassed the US.

Republican Rep. Dana Rohrabacher of California - one of the most Russia-friendly members of Congress - told Bloomberg that the USA meddles in elections "at a much higher rate" than Russian Federation. In the same interview, he named Russian Federation and China as "foes".

"I think just last week in these very halls, we saw an example of the Federal Bureau of Investigation not being trustworthy", he said.
