Velvet 150
We must say we were quite excited when we received a press release from Benelli. We eagerly opened it hoping for a new superbike or café racer or something to blow our socks off.
Instead we got the news that Benelli are ‘bringing back’ the Velvet 150 scooter (didn’t notice it had left!).
The Velvet 150 is powered by a four-stroke engine which meets Euro 3 emission standards and comes equipped with a colour matched top box that can swallow a full face helmet.
We kid you not when we say there is literally nothing else to say about this scooter.
If you want a scooter, one that looks like it offers some decent protection from the elements and a big comfy seat, than why not give it a go.
Just be mindful you’ll spend your life explaining that your Benelli isn’t one of the cooler or classic bikes, like the TNT or Tornado, whenever you answer ‘Benelli’ to the question ‘what do you ride then?’.
