Katsuaki Fujiwara took his Kawasaki Provec Motocard.com Ninja ZX-6R to a top six finish in his last regular ride for the team, scoring good points and ending the year in tenth place in the points.

Next year Kawasaki Provec Motocard.com will compete in the Supersport World Championship, in order to fight for the title again in this important category of racing.

Katsuaki Fujiwara will start the 22-lap races on Sunday from third place after two positive qualifying sessions. His team-mate Broc Parkes is fifth, and ready to move up the order on raceday.

World Supersport championship leader, Kenan Sofuoglu, set the second fastest time in today’s opening qualifying session for Sunday’s championship decider at Magny-Cours in France.
