Suzi Perry Quits MotoGP on BBC
Wednesday, February 17th, 2010Suzi Perry has quit her job as presenter of the BBC’s coverage of MotoGP in what she’s described as the ‘most agonising decision’ of her life.
Suzi has been presenting motorcycle racing for some 13 years but will not present for the BBC this season and is said to be concentrating on her television career outside of motorcycles.
The 39 year old Suzi said: “It feels like a part of something has died. That might sounds a little dramatic but that’s how I feel.
“I still love bikes as much today as I did the first day when I walked into a paddock in 1997.”
It’s not clear at this stage who, if anyone, will take over presenting duties for the BBC.
