Rossi R1 - Friends of Riders for Health

Friends of Riders for Health have created this one-of-a-kind track day Yamaha R1 motorcycle wrapped in Valentino Rossi’s AGV ‘Five Continents’ graphics and utilizing major aftermarket products to upgrade the stock machine throughout.

The project team lead by 1972 Daytona 200 winner, Don Emde included; Cameron Brewer from Roland Sands Design, Aldo Drudi of Drudi Performance (Italy), Luca Campanille of Pole Position Racing Svcs (Italy), Paolo Bacchiarello of AGV Helmets, Tom Seymour of Saddlement and Jim Conquest from Image-It Graphics

They took the stock 2009 Yamaha R1, donated by Yamaha Motor Corporation USA, and, with the intention of raising funds and creating awareness for Riders for Health in the United States created the Rossi R1.

The motorcycle is fully street legal, titled and registered in California. The buyer will receive all of the street legal take-offs (taillight, licence plate, mirrors, turn signals etc) as well as a second full set of bodywork.
