Britten Electric Motorbike Concept Pays Homage to The Original V1000E
Tuesday, April 13th, 2010Paying homage to the original V1000, Kiwi designer Selwyn Shadbolt has popped up a bike concept dubbed the “Britten V1000E” that featuring a compact and light design gives the feeling of empowerment and control to the rider. Generating power from a single large capacity electric engine, the Britten derived motorbike is shaft driven onto hubless rims. Featuring the fairings molded from polyethylene to give it a clean and elegant appearance, the Britten V1000E touts smooth curves backed by minimal design to beat the heat on the road.
This is stunning design that only seems to be missing one thing that we can see…how do you hang on?
