Palestinian Liberation Organization's (PLO) Negotiations Affairs Department slammed what it termed Israel's "systematic ethnic cleansing of Palestinians" in Silwan.
Israeli troops killed two Palestinians and severely wounded another on Thursday after the three allegedly tried to stab soldiers in the West Bank, the Israeli army said.
The site where an Israeli soldier was stabbed and a Palestinian assailant shot dead in Hebron, on October 29, 2015. No soldiers were injured during the incident.
According to the army, soldiers identified three Palestinians they said appeared suspicious approaching the junction from the direction of Beit Fajjar. Most of the others have been killed in clashes with security forces.
The alleged attack occurred at Gush Etzion Junction, where many recent incidents have taken place.
The meeting will also tackle the latest developments in the Palestinian territories and the current violent tensions between the Israelis and the Palestinians, Erekat said.
Palestinian media named the three as Muhanad Kawazbeh, 20, Ahmed Kawazbeh, 21, and Alaa Kawazbeh, 20, all from the village of Sair, north-east of Hebron.
Furthermore, 16-year-old Khalil Muhammad al-Shalaldah was killed just hours after the three cousins were shot dead by the IOF.
Palestinians said the incident was reminiscent of apartheid, while civil rights groups said it was a outcome of Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, inciting hatred against the Arab Israeli community.
"The force thwarted the attack, responding to the imminent threat danger and shooting the perpetrators resulting in death of two", the Israeli military told CNN.
