Oberdan Bezzi - KTM Freeride Classic GS 350

KTM Classic GS 350

As KTM recently introduced the Freeride 350, a bike that has so far been well received, our favourite designer Oberdan Bezzi has other ideas for the brand.

“The Freeride is purely playful and ‘toy’ looking, pleasant, but not the right level of attractiveness to the public.” says Bezzi.

“The seat looks decidedly uncomfortable and edgy with a plastic covering, which may appeal to some and the remedy for this feature won’t appeal to all.

“An alternative version, much more classical, which takes inspiration from the bike of the late 70′s, points to a more mature audience, who really want to make use of the bike, with a ‘true’ saddle, a classic tank and mudguards that will actually protect you from mud…

“This Freeride should be possible with very few technical amendments and with its simple and clean layout, gives us a classic GS 350.”
