We do like Roland Sands here at SOTB and something I like, being an ex-DJ and all, are the classic, iconic, Technics SL-1200MK2 turntables.
Well now, thankfully, the two have come together as Panasonic, owners of the Technics brand, and Roland Sands joined forces to produce a heavily modified Harley-Davidson 883 Iron based on the turntables.

Sands says he tried to keep the details subtle enough to stand alone as well designed elements while not being too obviously related to the Technics DJ equipment.
The most obvious connection to the Technics product are the wheels which Sands say went through several design iterations and I think the results are perfect.
I can imagine that once those wheels start turning and those dots on them start shifting direction the hairs on the back of my neck would be standing on end!
