Surprises? Well there’s…oh no, no you knew that already. Then there’s…no, no you knew that one too.
So no surprises really, other than Hiroshi Aoyama has been given a ride after doing the opposite of good at Honda in the World Superbikes, politics maybe?
Colin Edwards is sticking around for another year at least, can’t really see why. Good to see Iannone in the top class on the Pramac Ducati though, but still, good to have the two of them, MotoGP would be even more boring without Edwards.
Nice to have three British riders going for it in 2013, shame we haven’t got a fourth on the Paul Bird alongside Laverty but it will be interesting to see how he does, as it will with Ben Spies on the second Pramac Ducati.
With Karel Abraham and his fathers money stepping down to CRT it makes you wonder if that’s so they can dominate the class with their dollars. Throw money at the problem, that always works, right?
